According to an unconfirmed instagram account baby Ava Lee Kelly was born on 12/08/22
R. Kelly, who has been in jail since 2019, was sentenced to 30 years in prison on trafficking charges in New York and is awaiting sentencing on child pornography charges in Chicago [click here if you missed that].

@1:06 I read some interview that she did mention his DNA being preserved for that purpose so I'm assuming that's how the baby was conceived.
