Romanian prosecutors claim that Tate recruited the women on social media platforms and lured them to Bucharest by falsely professing his love and intention to marry them.
One of Tate's alleged victims said she was promised marriage to one of the brothers, according to court documents obtained by Romanian news outlet Gandul. She was lured to Romania by Tate and Tristan 'by misrepresenting the intention to establish a marriage or cohabitation relationship,' prosecutors claim.
The woman was picked up at the airport by a 'female accomplice' after landing in Romania and she was initially promised that she would be living with her 'boyfriend'.
But the woman was told 'she would live with some girls who work for' the brothers, prosecutors claim in the court documents. She was then allegedly forced to create pornographic content for the Tate brothers.
Romanian prosecutors claim the brothers 'identified vulnerable people and exploited their needs for affection, trust, stability, creating the impression of a close relationship'.
The tactics are known as the 'lover boy' method, which is used by criminals to recruit victims who are suffering from economic hardship by seducing them with gifts and promises of a better life abroad.
The brothers had 'the role of recruiting people, who were transported and housed in houses in Romania... and the role of supervising and coordinating the entire exploitation activity', prosecutors claim.
The prosecutors claimed allowing Tate and Tristan to not face imprisonment 'poses a danger to public order'.

Women definitely need to be aware of these sickos and their schemes. I'd take one look at him and run but you have vulnerable women who would fall for him hook, line and sinker.
No doubt these women were YT. I’m gonna need to see serious proof. While Tate was trash, I don’t see him being this stupid. He knew he was hated and the lengths some would go to to shut him up. Until I see definitive proof he made them do porn and post it on, I’m calling BS. What decent woman anyway would involve herself with Tate? What woman would hop on a plane and go to a strange man she doesn’t know under the guise or marriage? Tate also should have been smarter. He should’ve been married and faithful and not dating around and being a playboy. When you are hated and controversial, you gotta move smart, especially when dealing with women. By the way, I do not believe it was Tate’s opinions on women and relationships that got him taken down, but rather his opinions on those who claim to be women. If Tate really wanted to be safe he should have gone to an African country. WHY-T will get you every time.

@6:10 on the contrary I don't wish he would have exploited black women. I don't thin k he would have he is a odd bird but he speaks to nonchalantly about his black family and his and him being black. He is not "Passe Blanc" and hiding the facts about who he is I've even heard him speak about how his father instilled in him to respect black women.
