Jay Z Tried to Buy Off Tenant Organizer in Casino Deal

Last week it was reported that Jay Z and Roc Nation were pledging $250 million in grants to a local New York neighborhood in their bid to open a casino in Times Square [click here if you missed that].

Now Jay is being accused trying to buy off a tenant organizer behind the scenes...
