This week Canadian rapper Drake initiated legal action against Spotify and Universal Music Group after accusing them of artificially inflating the popularity of Kendrick Lamar's Drake diss track, "Not Like Us," [click here if you missed that]. 

To Drake's dismay "Not Like Us," is climbing back up the music charts...

This week Kendrick Lamar's surprise album "GNX," occupies the top 12 spots on the Apple Music iTunes chart while "Not Like Us," has returned to the iTunes top 20 after six months.
