Drake's Opening Night Fails to Sell Out?

This week Canadian rapper Drake kicked off his tour of Australia in Perth, staging a dramatic entrance [click here if you missed that].

According to news outlets down under Drake's first night failed to sell out...

Canadian rap star Drake drew a sea of onlookers while getting drinks in Cottesloe on Saturday, but he’d much prefer the same interest was converted to ticket sales of his local shows that kick-off on Tuesday night.
Announcing in early December that The Anita Max Win Tour would arrive at RAC Arena on February 4, the star’s Aussie tour promoter Live Nation swiftly added a second show for the following night “to meet ongoing demand for tickets”.
RAC Arena’s ticket page has continued to tell fans that “tickets will be in high demand so be sure to get in quick!”
However, with less than 36 hours before the 38-year-old takes the stage in Perth, a portion of standing general admission and seated tickets for both nights remain available.
Singer Bryan Adams is the next major act after Drake and has fully sold out his ticket allocation.
RAC Arena and Live Nation chose not to provide a comment regarding the rapper’s ticket sales at this time.
Drake’s return to Australia marks his first national performances since 2017’s Boy Meets World Tour.
