Last year Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, and his son, Christian Combs, were sued by a crew member from a rented yacht claiming she was sixually assaulted by Christian [click here if you missed that].
Diddy personally responds to the filing in a letter from behind bars...
From Us Weekly
Diddy used his free time in prison to fire back at a lawsuit accusing his son Christian Combs of assaulting a woman on a mega yacht, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
He wrote, “Since 2020, I have been a citizen, permanent resident of … the State of Florida.”
“I am currently incarcerated in the Federal Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. I have been housed in that facility since on or about September 17, 2024. Prior to my arrest, I conducted day-to-day business affairs from the State of Florida.”
Diddy argued that the case, filed in California, should be thrown out since the state has no jurisdiction over him. The incarcerated mogul also said the complaint “incorrectly alleges that I chartered the yacht where the alleged assault occurred.”
He said another company chartered the yacht. “I am neither the signatory nor a party to the … Charter Agreement,” Diddy wrote.

what's wrong? no more money for lawyers?
This is indeed strange. Why isn't his lawyer sending this notice? Is he representing himself in this case? A person who represents himself has a fool for a client!
them RICO charges ate up the legal budget
This young man wanted to be his father so bad, instead of being his best self and going in a different direction.
Christian supported him, including making a diss track at 50 cent and wearing free Diddy shirts so I guess it's only right that Diddy support him in his civil suit.
