CARDI B and estranged husband Offset still own half a street in Jonesboro, Georgia, full of rotting homes that are attracting squatters, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

The superstar, 33, is in the middle of a divorce from the Migos rapper, 33, after almost a decade together.

Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, bought a $5.8 million home in Atlanta with her ex, where she still lives with their children: Kulture, seven, Wave, four, and Blossom, one.

They also bought five homes in Jonesboro in April 2019 for around $202,000, along with a plot of land for $50,000.

At the time, residents confirmed they were not told to move out of their homes but were unsure what the future held after finding out Cardi and Offset were their new landlords.

The U.S. Sun visited the street this month and found the cul-de-sac littered with decrepit homes and broken cars.

Windows are boarded up on some of the properties, and locals say squatters are sometimes seen breaking in.

One image shows tattered mattresses piled on top of a rotting boat, with black trash bags and other items discarded around the property.

Although Cardi never revealed her plans for the street, she did previously reveal that they were looking at building their dream home before they split.
