Offset Spotted at the Casino


Last week celebrity groupie, Celina Powell, announced that rapper, Offset, was broke and owed her $15k after losing all his money at the casino [click here if you missed that].

    That necklace has lost it's shine. He probably don't clean them or they are a low grade of diamonds. He'll find somebody else to borrow money from. I don't suggest that he goes to 50ty. He really is an ugly dude. LOLO
