Dwight Howard is moving forward with his divorce.

Court documents obtained exclusively by Us Weekly reveal Amy Luciani (real name Amber Howard) was served divorce papers on Thursday, March 12, after Howard claimed his ex is jobless and might “attempt to evade service.”

Luciani was handed all the necessary paperwork related to the case by a process server at 2:50 p.m. while staying at a Georgia residence. Howard’s ex confirmed her identity and told the server she was “alone with her two dogs” before the exchange took place.

Howard requested a specific process server on March 10, warning the court that his ex “is very mobile during the day and her permanent address is unknown thus she will be difficult to track down.”

He also noted she “does not have a job,” and he believed she might “attempt to evade service.”
