Tyler Perry files to dismiss the case calling it a celebrity shake down...

In court papers, obtained by TMZ, Perry calls claims that he made unwanted advances toward model and actor Mario Rodriguez outlandish falsehoods "that have no basis in fact or law and no merit."
According to the docs, Mario repeatedly turned Perry into his personal piggy bank after Perry gave him "a very minor role in a single" film.
The papers allege Mario begged for financial assistance for his car, apartment, medical services, and unpaid bills. Perry alleges when he stopped being Mario's "golden goose," that's when Mario began to spin a false tale that the two had a nonconsensual relationship.
Perry wants Mario's complaint dismissed ... and for Mario to be awarded nothing.

No, Tyler isn’t stupid and he’s smart enough to know how to make someone THINK he’s made a promise without actually SAYING it.
Certain people like Tyler, Cosby, Puffy, and McClukan get these SA accusations time and time and time again. Then there are others like Idris Elba, Samuel Jackson, Delroy, Courtney Vance and many others who you never, ever hear anything.
Too much smoke around Tyler and McClukan for me not to believe it.
The killer part is that Tyler has enough money to pay people off and he should be smart enough to make them sign NDAs, but he’s cheap as a MF and it looks like he has some kind of point to make. Ugh.
He tried to play Tyler and Tyler paid him back with eviction and no job. Now go find another acting job. NOT
