I heard Floyd "Money" Mayweather took Chili, of TLC fame, on a shopping spree in Las Vegas and bought her nine pairs of shoes at the Giuseppe Zanotti boutique inside the Forum Shops at Caesars. They say he spent about $4,600 on her, $695 on one pair of shoes alone. The couple was also spotted catching a late night bite at Mr. Lucky's restaurant inside the Hard Rock Hotel.
