Tracy Didn't Make It 90 Days

Tracy Morgan was supposed to wear his SCRAM alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet for a total of 90 days as a condition of his probation for a DUI. Homeboy didn't make it. Tracy's attorney, Blair Berk, appeared in a Los Angeles County courtroom this week and explained that Tracy took off his SCRAM bracelet early because of an undisclosed medical condition. Berk will present specifics to the court on October 30.

Mike Tyson Pleads Guilty

Mike Tyson pleaded guilty yesterday in Arizona to cocaine possession and driving under the influence. Mike admitted to being impaired when stopped while driving erratically last December after leaving Scottsdale's Pussycat Lounge. Authorities said they found cocaine bags in Tyson's pocket and in his car. He will be sentenced Nov. 19.

Trick Daddy Got Knocked Out

Chico DeBarge Arrested

According to TMZ, Chico DeBarge and a female companion were driving a Toyota Camry on a Los Angeles highway when an officer observed them stop in a turn lane and switch seats. When they were pulled over by California Highway Patrol, cops say "illegal drugs and cash" were found in the car. Chico is being held on $30,000.00 bond and FYI, El DeBarge is still locked up.

D'Angelo Pleads Guilty To 2005 DUI

Judge Paul Cella fined D'Angelo $1,000, with $500 suspended, sentenced him to nine days in jail, all suspended, and revoked his license for 90 days on the suspended license charge. Cella also fined him $1,500, with $750 suspended, sentenced him to six months in jail, also suspended, and suspended his license for 12 months on the DUI charge. A reckless driving charge was dropped. E-V-E pleaded no contest to her DUI and has to wear an alcohol monitoring anklet for 45 days, do 36 months on probation, pay a $360 dollar fine, attend 10 alcohol anonymous meetings and pay for the damage of the curb she ran up on.

Shemar Moore Arrested

Shemar got arrested for a DUI. He got pulled over after officers noticed him speeding near Santa Monica Blvd. at 1:30 AM. After he was stopped, cops reported that he "displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted." He was arrested and transported to a nearby station, where he took a breath test and was later booked. He was released on $5000.00 bond.

Trouble For Tracy Morgan

A disk jockey filed a misdemeanor battery complaint against comedian Tracy Morgan, saying the NBC sitcom star inappropriately groped her at a South Florida radio station Friday morning.

Yuleika De Castro told police that Morgan smelled of alcohol as he touched her shoulders and arms, kissed the back of her head, Miramar Police Department spokesman Bill Robertson said.
De Castro said she pushed him away and he was escorted out of the studio by the people he came with, Robertson said.

De Castro, whose on-air name is Sandy Domingo, said she filed the complaint because she felt "violated" and "dirty." "He said he wants to impregnate me," Domingo told The Associated Press.

Morgan's attorney in Miami, Mark Shapiro, told authorities that his client was not yet prepared to speak to them, Robertson said.
