The latest rapper to get 'Yung Berg-ed' is Dip Set splinter group Skull Gang crew member, Juelz Santana. Word leaked from across the pond that members of Dip Set Skull Gang were touring the U.K. when a promoter, who they say got stiffed by Dip Set for $70 thousand dollars a few years ago, siezed the opportunity to get some payback. They say the promoter and his goons rushed Juelz hotel room, but security came to his aid and squashed the ambush. The hotel, did, however, ask Juelz and 'nem to leave. They say after Skull Gang checked into another hotel, it was on again and that's when Juelz got got. Santana is denying he was robbed, admitting only that there was a skirmish and that he was asked to leave a hotel and that shows were cancelled. He also admits the thing about scamming the promoter saying, “Bottom line, my former manager along with an ex group member accepted an astronomical amount of money for a paid date that never happened or was ever brought to my knowledge.” While Julez did not name the former member, I'm going to take a wild guess and say it was Cam'ron. Anywho, look for Juelz jewellery to show up on these Internets any day now.

I'm totally in shock. Rappers, getting caught with weed and weapons!? Who'd a thunk it? Naw, seriously doh', Dip Set rapper Juelz Santana got caught riding a little unsanitary last week. Cops pulled Juelz' Bentley over after "allegedly" [I'm using those finger quotation marks around allegedly] smelling weed coming from his car. During the subsequent search of his vehicle, cops found a rolled-up blunt in Juelz' shoe, a little bit of weed sprinkled on the console, some White Owl and Dutch Master cigars, a bunch of smoked up roaches, a big bag of weed, $19,500 inside a bag of Jolly Ranchers and a sock with 29 hollow point bullets in it. Oh, and his license is suspended.

Jim Jones Says Jay Z Took The Bait

Responding to Jay Z going at him using his own hit single

"We Fly High", Jim Jones brags to AllHipHop.com about how he

got Hov to say his name. Jimmy says Jay played right into his

hand and since Jay spit over "We Fly High", Jim says he's going to

add another verse to it and call it a Jim Jones /Jay Z remix.

He says the record will probably get thousands of radio spins,

and he thanks Jay for that.

Hmmmmm.

Remember when you were in middle school and you got

snapped on real hard and all you could say was,

"Yeah, well, Yo' Mama!"

That's what this sounds like to me, but that's just me.

Anyway,

All Hip Hop asked Jim if all this friction could somehow effect

Dip Set croney Jules Santana since he's signed to Def Jam

and, well, Jay Z is Def Jam's president. Jim was like,

"Jules ain't signed to Jay. LA Reid runs Def Jam. He's over Jay."

"There is no way Jules can get shelved."
