Earlier this year Sean 'Diddy' Combs baby mama Misa Hylton's Westchester mansion when into foreclosure after she stopped paying the mortgage back in 2010 [click here if you missed that].

At the time Diddy, who co-signed the loan, said he shouldn't be held responsible for the debt.
