D Wade Suing Estranged Wife

Dwyane Wade is not playing with his soon to be ex-wife Siohvaughn. If you recall, a few weeks ago D Wade's wife claimed in her divorce petition that 'Wyane had given her a STD and demanded the names of his former lovers. She later withdrew that part of the petition, but the damage was already done. Now D Wade is suing her. Your boy is seeking $50,000 each in damages from Siohvaughn and two of her lawyers. In a statement released to the press D Wade says, "It has been difficult to see false allegations, rumors and gossip repeatedly discussed in public about my personal life. I had no other choice but to file this action in order to clear my name."

D. Wade Dropped From Foundation

Dwyane Wade's name has been dropped from a chain of Southern Florida charter schools. The formally known as 'Mavericks High D. Wade’s Schools' are now called simply, 'Mavericks High'. “They’re going to get rid of Dwyane but it’s not public yet,” said one source who asked not to be identified. No doubt D. Wade's very public, very messy divorce was the reason behind the pull-out. In their divorce proceedings, Wyane's wife accuses him of adultery, passing her a venereal disease, cutting her off financially and of not spending time with their children.

Dwyane Wade Divorce Takes Nasty Turn

Dwyane Wade and his estranged wife Siohvaughn's divorce is getting dirty...literally. Siohvaughn accuses D Wade of squandering their marital assets, abandoning their children and giving her an STD.

In court papers Siohvaugh alleges, "Dwyane has dissipated substantial sums of marital property including . . . buying his mother a $2 million church; placing substantial sums of money in an account with another woman; providing numerous friends and family members with unfettered access to accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars of marital funds from which they made substantial withdrawals . . .''

According to the petition Siovaugh also claims Dwyane has gone ''months'' without seeing his sons and 'His ''failure to spend time with them . . . has resulted in the children at times being afraid of him; in fact, Zion . . . does not recognize or know Dwyane.'' Siovaugh wants sole custody and support.

Sio is also pissed because D Wade left her burning. In the divorce papers she's demanding a list of Wyane's lovers because she says she suffered ''grievous physical, emotional and mental injury'' from an STD diagnosed in the fall of '07. She insists Dwyane and his ''paramour or paramours'' are liable and 'Dwyane must disclose the identity of all of his sexual partners during the parties' marriage,'' says her petition.

And just because: Gabrielle Union and D Wade were spotted dining at Cafe Martorano in Miami a week ago. And before you ask, no he's not divorced yet, but he is separated from his wife.

Not to give myself away but I was in a restaurant last night and Mr & Mrs Wade was with another couple. Because my butt was nosy, I was ALL up in the conversation. Apparently, Sivvy (Siovaughn) made a snide remark regarding a well known Miami jump off and said something along the lines of "I dont know why you act like this sometimes"- Next thing I know, he says "B word quit bugging-thats why I slept with her to begin with"I must've spilled my drink cuz I was like "Oh NO HE DIDNT!"...Sivvy looked sooooo embarrassed! She said, "Did you just call me the B word?"- Dwaye was like -yeah cuz you wont stop talking...basically they kept going back and forth. Dude didn't even apologize or NOTHING....The woman that was with em kept rubbing her hand and Sivvy looked like she was 0.2 seconds from having a breakdown. 5 minutes after he called her a B word she got up and left. He remained in the restaurant for 30 more minutes and then left while telling his boy, Man f that, she wanna trip then she gon be a b word!
