C Murda In Action
Three years ago Cory 'C-Murda' Miller got pissed off after a Baton Rouge club bouncer told him they had to pat him down before allowing him inside. C cussed out the staff and left, only to return seconds later to shoot up the joint. Two days ago Cory pled no contest to the shooting and received a ten year prison sentence. Here's the video taped evidence they used in the trial.

Toni Braxton Impersonator Trial Update
The promoter who tricked 3,000 Surinamese concert goers into thinking they paying to see the real Toni Braxton, testified that celebrity impersonator Trina Johnson-Finn was not in on his scam. Trina 41, has been jailed in Surname for over three months awaiting trial. You can click here for back story on the case. Anyway, even though dude testified that Trina had nothing to do with it, the prosecutor says she tried to pass herself off as Toni and and that the promoters testimony did not clear her of involvement. The case was adjourned until June 2 and Trina was sent back to her cell.

One fan in Aspen found that out the hard way. Reggaeton rapper Pit Bull pulled a fan on stage in Aspen and after Psycho Fan threw a fist full of cash in the rapper's face, Pit rocked his jaw and never stopped rapping.

James Brown's estate has finally been settled. Half of it went to James' charitable trust, Tommy Rae Hynie and James Brown II will receive a third and the rest will be divided among James' adult children
O.J. Wants An Appeal
on the grounds of judicial misconduct, errors in sentencing and jury instruction, and because his jury wasn't diverse enough. The Juice is currently serving a 15 year sentence for armed robbery and kidnapping after strong arming a former friend who was selling OJ sports memorabilia. OJ claims he was retrieving stolen items.
