DCTR got an email, from the same person who told them Kelly was leaving Music World Entertainment [click here if you missed it] that Kelly came to Matthew and spoke to him about his lack of PR over her album "Ms Kelly". Matthew took this as an insult and told Kelly the best thing would be to leave. A lot of people think Matthew was calling her bluff with this ultimatum but Kelly responded that she would be leaving and fired him as her manager. Matthew has been absolutely livid over this and has advised Beyonce not to let Kelly pull on her coat tails anymore. Matthew feels Michelle and Kelly should be lucky they have a career at all and often tie themselves in with Beyonce to gain more sales. This was fine when Kelly was apart of MWE but now she isn't they don't want them near each other. Beyonce has taken her father's advice. You will not see Beyonce and Kelly together unless they reform as Destiny's Child or for birthdays. Beyonce and Kelly are no longer friends. Any future photos will be staged to keep the DC brand alive. Kelly is extremely upset about this as Beyonce does not answer any of her calls and when she does the conversation is short and strained. She cannot understand how Beyonce can be so cold after all the years they have worked together.

Jimi Hendrix Murder Plot?

A book being released by one of Jimi Hendrix's former roadies claims Hendrix was murdered by his manager because he was about to fire him. The roadie, James 'Tappy' Wright, says manager Michael Jeffery told him, "I was in London the night of Jimi's death and together with some old friends... we went round to (Hendrix's girlfriend) Monika's hotel room, got a handful of pills and stuffed them into his mouth... then poured a few bottles of red wine deep into his windpipe. "I had to do it. Jimi was worth much more to me dead than alive. That son of a bitch was going to leave me. If I lost him, I'd lose everything." Tappy claims Jeffery had taken a 1.8 million dollar life insurance policy out on Jimi and made the drunken confession to him in 1971 - two years before Jefferey was killed in a plane crash. Jimi Hendrix, whose death has always been blamed on an accidental overdose, was found dead having choked on his own vomit in a London hotel room September 18,1970.
