Is Your Ex-Wife Entitled to Your New Wife's Money?

Laila Ali's husband Curtis Conway's ex-wife, Leoria Sanamu Conway, is trying to subpoena Laila Ali's financial records. Leoria believes since her ex-husband Curtis has access to Laila's money, the son she and Curtis have together should have access, too. Leoria wants to know how much money Laila makes a year and be made aware of any inheritance or potential inheritances Laila is entitled to, so she can better determine how much of an increase in child support to request.

Did You Know Usher Wanted a DNA Test

for his youngest son? Me neither till one of Tameka's friends inadvertently told me. Well, not me personally, but one of Tameka's helpful [but not really] friends went running to Radar Online talking about how angry Tameka is over the current smear campaign Usher's camp is running on her. Helpful But Not Really Friend says there is absolutely no truth the the rumors that Tameka and Usher have been separated for a year, and that Tameka did not have a heart attack in Brazil, it was an allergic reaction to the anesthesia, and that Usher did not request a DNA test for Nayvid. Ok friend. Did you see Usher's divorce petition? Usher is the one who said they'd been separated for a year. The news papers in Brazil reported Tameka had the heart attack. So a translation for Helpful But Not Really Friend's double speak is yes, Usher did request a DNA on Nayvid.

Let's Throw This Up and See If It Sticks

Remember when Lil Wayne got busted for coke, weed and ecstasy at the Arizona border [click here and or here if you missed that]?  Well listen to this: His attorney's defense strategy is that the drug sniffing dogs who found the drugs on Wayne's tour bus were not properly trained, so the evidence should be thrown out.

Yeah. Good luck with that Weezy.

The biggest obstacle facing Chris Brown in resurrecting his career after pleading guilty to felony assault, is the fact that his victim is a superstar. All sorts of celebs have been in trouble before and come out unscathed. Think: Snoop Dogg, P Diddy, T.I. but insiders say Chris Beat 'Em Down Brown's label is so afraid of Rihanna backlash that they'll probably put any CB projects on hold for at least a year.

Jill Scott Dumped Her Baby Daddy

Jilly tells Essence.com, "John and I are no longer together. When you have a baby you're dealing with a lot of emotions and I don't know how much of it had to do with us breaking up, but it happens. We definitely love our son and we are co-parenting and working on being friends. It is what it is. I have a lot of support, so I want for nothing as far as that's concerned. I know some might criticize me or the fact that my son is being raised in a single-parent home, but I wasn't raised in a two-parent home and I had a good relationship with my dad. I have hopes for him and I'm sure his father will do his part as well."
