The Manhattan District Attorney
is determined to see ex-Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress, who accidentally shot himself in the leg at a Midtown nightclub last November, in jail. The DA says, "We've always taken the position that he's going to have to go to jail, whether by trial or by plea."
Estelle Do Not Care About Rihanna
Over the weekend Jay Z's new song 'We Run This Town' featuring Rihanna and Kanye West [click here to hear it] hit the net and British singer Estelle was not impressed. 'Stelle, who's biggest U.S. hit to date was last years duet with Kanye, 'American Boy', mused on her Twitter page: "Estelle would have smashed the hook. Rihanna just doesn't do it for me."

OJ Simpson Says

Openly gay author E. Lynn Harris died Thursday night in Beverly Hills. He was 54. E. Lynn was on a book tour promoting his 11th novel, Basketball Jones, about a pro basketball player and his gay lover. A cause of death has yet to be determined, but according to the Associated Press, a coroner will conduct an autopsy on Monday or Tuesday.

Kelis Cleans Up
The judge presiding over Nas and Kelis' divorce just awarded Kelis $55,000.00 a month in child and spousal support. And in addition to that, Nas has to pay the mortgage on Kelis' house in LA and kick in for the baby nurse, prenatal expenses and medical insurance. But the cru de craw: Nas has been orderd to pay Kelis' lawyer $35,000.00 in legal fees.
