A blog called The Slate did a little digging into the Roxanne Shante got her PhD story [click here if you missed that] and come to find out it's not true. Rox admitted to The Slate that she doesn't have her Phd, didn't have a deal with Warner and that The NY Daily News got the story wrong.

First Armani decided not to renew her endorsement deal for Armani Diamonds perfume, then she got booted from her hotel room in the Ukraine in favor of another guest. They say Beyonce was removed from the presidential suite at the Donbass Palace hotel after a local political demanded the best suite in the house. Ouch.
Everybody Hates Paying Child Support
Everybody Hates Chris star Tichina Arnold revealed in a recent interview that her daughter's father, music producer Carvin Haggins, is not pitching in to support their child and that she's taking his ass to court. Tichina also blasted Carvin saying he only sees their daughter, Alijah Kai, twice a year. Carvin is the father of six.
German TV Station Admits Michael Jackson Hoax
"We wanted to show how easily users can be manipulated on the Internet with hoax videos," spokeswoman Heike Schultz of Cologne-based RTL told The Associated Press. "Therefore, we created this video of Michael Jackson being alive, even though everybody knows by now that he is dead — and the response was breathtaking."

It's December 8th. Meanwhile, his soon to be ex-wife Tameka Foster is featured in the upcoming issue of Upscale Magazine explaining why she's been hated on so harshly. Tameka tells Upscale,"I understand where all the negativity comes from. Unfortunately I think that some black women are — subconsciously — not in love with the image they see in the mirror. Therefore in turn they do not love someone like me. I look too much like them. I was not given a fair shot. People passed judgment without getting to know me. How can you get the entire concept of who I am from a blog?"
