Raise your hand if you saw this coming

Two seconds after pictures of Rihanna getting freaky in Mexico with her new jump-off, LA Dodger Matt Kemp, surfaced on the Internet, so did pictures of Chris Brown and his new piece. Chris was photographed leaving a Miami hotel with a fist full of cash and an embarrassed looking young singer named Rhea. In case you didn't know, Rhea is the newest member of N.E.R.D. and she auditioned for Pharrell and Chad over Skype.

Loleini (Leini) Tonga is speaking for the first time since her fiancee' Cincinnati Bengal Chris Henry's death.  Leini says she wasn't driving fast, Chris jumped from the truck, she and that she would have stopped if she could have.

Where Are We Going and Why are We in This Handbasket?

Lil Wayne will play the voice of Jesus Christ in an animated special on the Cartoon Network. 'The Return of Freaknik', based on the infamous Atlanta HBCU spring break picnic of the same name, stars Lil Wayne as Christ and T-Pain as the Spirit of Freaknik. David Banner and several other artists are  also featured.

The Return of Freaknik is scheduled to air March 12, 2010 on Adult Swim.

Producer Shawty Red Arraigned on Murder Charges

Atlanta music producer Shawty Redd, who's worked with Yung Jeezy and Snoop Dogg,  is accused of murder after a dead man was found in his home on New Years day. Shawty turned himself in and and at first claimed he'd shot Detroit native Damon Martin by accident, but investigations suggest the shooting occured after an argument turned violent. Shawty's next court date is set for January 12, 2010.

Score one for the devil worshipers [<--Calm down. It's a joke. ]. Five weeks after it's release, Rihanna's Rated R cd has sold over 1 million copies worldwide. Not sure how many of those sales are domestic, but they say this is Rihanna's fastest selling cd to date. She's also writing a book. Did I say writing? My bad. I meant to say Rihanna is releasing a book. Already available for pre-order on Amazon , the book won't be a  juicy tell-all, but instead a coffee table style book of photographs, because you haven't seen enough pictures of Rihanna already.
