Flava Flav Child Support Woes
One of Flava Flav's baby mamas is taking his ass to court for back child support. Flav had been paying $177.00 a week for three of his seven kids, but that was increased to $837.00 plus tuition last month. Well, they can increase it all they want but it don't matter if he don't pay! Baby mama #1 [he has 3 of them] says Flav owes her $63,000.00 in back support and she wants her money. Flav sees it a little differently. He says "The judgment is recent as I was just made aware of it. I'll certainly be addressing it. However, I've made payments on my children's tuition, and have made direct payment to the mother outside of the court order."
Well, good luck with that Flav.

German Pop Star Charged with Spreading HIV
German pop star, Nadja Benaissa, has been charged with 'causing bodily harm' after one of her former lovers tested positive for HIV.
Last year [click here if you missed that] Nadja was arrested and jailed after it was discovered she had had unprotected sex with three men without disclosing her HIV positive status. At the time her lawyer argued she should "enjoy the presumption of innocence" because there was no proof she had passed the virus to any of her lovers, and Nadja was released after ten days in jail.
Fast forward: One of her lovers has since has tested HIV positive and now Nadja has been formally charged.
A spokesperson for the prosecutor says, "She was well aware that any unprotected sexual contact can lead to the virus being passed on."
If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison.
