One of Dem Franchise Boys just got arrested in an Atlanta studio raid.

On Atlanta Fox 5 News they just dropped the bomb.

Po Po was showing off all the weed, guns and money they

pulled from the home studio.

11 lbs of weed

$110,000 in cash

and some guns.

I don't know which one of Dem Boys it was,

but his attorney just said his client is innocent.

Just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Kevin Aviance Attacked in West Village

Singer Kevin Aviance got jumped Saturday night

the victim of a West Village gay hate crime.

Remember Kevin's jam, Din Da Da?

Several boys jumped Kevin as he left a West Village

club at 3am. Shoutin gay slurs, they beat Kevin so bad,

he had to have his jaw wired shut.

To make matters worse, Kevin says there were witnesses but nobody

bothered to help him.

Judge Allows Tape in R. Kelly Trial

A judge is going to allow the

tape of R Kelly and the underage girl 

to be released to the media and the public.

The entire case depends on the tape.

Said the judge, "If there was no tape, we wouldn't have a case."

R Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography.

I've seen the tape. It was him and she was underage.

So it was true. Proof was a murderer.

Proof's blood alcohol level was for four times the legal limit.

Well, the judge in the case says she was deceived

and the judgement was overturned.

The problem stems from that jailhouse

information that linked Suge Knight to the case.

Biggie's family has always claimed the LAPD witheld

that evidence, when actually it came from

a private investigator hired by Biggie's mother,

Voletta Wallace.

Even though the evidence ain't as impartial
