Dave Chappell is back with a vengence. He stayed onstage at the Laugh Factory for six hours and seven minutes last Sunday night.

"He was absolutely amazing, for six hours making people laugh," the club's owner, Jamie Masada, said Tuesday.

Mike Tyson Trial Date Set For August

A trial date has been set in Mike Tyon's latest skirmish with the law. Mike could be facing seven years after being ordered to stand trial for possession of cocaine and driving under the influence after he was stopped by police in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In other Mike Tyson news, Mike put his Paradise Valley, Arizona home on the market for 2.3 million dollars. He paid 2.1 million for it in 2005. It's initial listing was $2.45 million but Mike dropped the price after it sat on the market for 3 months. They say his neighbors couldn't be happier he's leaving because Mike built a big pigeon coop in his backyard that attracted dozens of birds to the area.

Kelis Gets $25,000 To Do Two Songs

So Kelis was supposed to perform at a Palm Springs White Party and she got paid $25,000.00 in cash up front. Why she show up 2 hours late and only do two songs? They even had some chick on the stage lip-syncing Bossy. The party promoters are pissed, talking about they're making sure to report the cash payment to the IRS, cause they know Kelis won't. In Kelis's defense, her rep released this statement: "There were many missteps behind the scenes which created a less than suitable environment for any artist to perform. Because of her love for her fans, Kelis made the decision to take the stage, against any advice not to do so."

Arrest Warrant Issued For DMX Arrest

Judges in two cities issued bench warrants Wednesday for the arrest of rapper DMX, who failed to show up in court for either of his pending traffic cases.
"In truth, I do not know where he is," said Murray Richman, lawyer for the 36-year-old rapper whose real name is Earl Simmons. "Why would he be hiding out from a damn traffic infraction?"
He said the rapper, whose albums include "It's Dark and Hell is Hot" and "Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood," was in Arizona on Tuesday but had promised to appear Wednesday in White Plains and Yonkers, both north of New York City.
"He said he missed a flight," Richman said. "He's always missing flights."
