Yesterday when NY Jet Justin Miller was accused of socking a girl in the face, we didn't know who the girl was. Well we do now. Her name is Kirstin Jarvis and she's an assistant to Barack Obama's chief of staff. This is what Kirstin's friend Lauren Turner told the NY Daily News:
I guess Busta Rhymes is tired of going back and forth to court, cause he settled a $100,000.00 battery suit filed against him by a fan who says Busta kicked his butt when he asked for an autograph. The guy actually filed back in 2005 but Busta never responed because they sent the summons to his baby mama's house. Do a search on Rhymes With Snitch about Busta and his baby mama. They do not get along. She says Busta is the reason she's a lesbian! Anyway the amout of the settlement was not disclosed.
A few months ago Vernon Winfrey told the National Enquirer that Oprah would never marry her longtime lover, Steadman Graham because, as Vernon put it, ol' Steddy don't bring nothing to the table. First off, I thought it was weird that he was making a statement to the Enquirer, not to mention talking greasy about Oprah's man, so I just blew it off as a lie. But I'm starting to believe Oprah and Vernon arent so tight and maybe he did talk to the tabloids because they say Vernon is writing a book about Oprah called "Things Unspoken" and Oprah is not happy about it. She didn't even know he was writing a book till she read about it in the paper and even then she didn't believe it. Not until one of her sisters told her she better call Vernon did he admit that he'd been meaning to tell her. The book is supposed to be about how wild and unruly Oprah was as a child. You know she was a pregnant 14 year old when she went to live with Vernon and some people say he's not even her real daddy. This should be interesting.

And get this, now that he's been cut, the girlfriend wanna say it was all a big misunderstanding. He was stealing electronic equipment and other items from the apartment of a former Florida State teammate. And he was suspended from Florida State's appearance in the 2006 Orange Bowl after he violated team policy by taking a woman to the team's hotel in Miami.
