Rapper Beanie Sigel rented a 2007 Nissan Altima from Payless Car Rental in southwest Philadelphia in July. The car was due back on Aug. 13, but Beans did not return it. The rental company charged his credit card for $5,000.00 and reported the car stolen in September. The car was returned this past Friday, just as detectives went to Sigel's home in the suburb of Lansdale. Pa., to arrest him. Beanie's lawyer, Fortunato Perri, said he was working out a time for Sigel to surrender on Monday. "The car has been returned," Perri said. "And whatever money is owed to the company has been paid or will be paid shortly." Saturday, October 06, 2007

Remember last week when OJ Simpson was ordered to relinquish his Rolex watch to the Goldman family and it turned out to be a $125.00 fake? There's an exemption in the civil judgment excluding jewelry worth less than $6,075 so the Goldman's had to give it back. They're pissed off too, because they found a dude willing to pay $10,000.00 for it. The exemption is to keep the families from trying to go after other Simpson possessions of little value, claiming they could also sell them at huge markups.
You Next, Barry
Now that they've finished with Marion Jones, federal prosecutors have reset their sights on their next target: Barry Bonds. Sources familiar with the investigation into perjury and tax evasion charges against the all-time home run leader told the Daily News that the U.S. Attorney's office in San Francisco remains determined to indict Bonds by the time the grand jury expires in January. "Once they're finished with (Jones), then it's Bonds," an attorney familiar with the case said.
Cocaine At DMX's Arizona Home
Ok, so remember when they dug up those pitbulls buried on DMX's property in Arizona and the initial reports said a white substance found at his house was not a narcotic and that none of the dogs showed any signs of abuse except that one that was burned up? The sheriff totally reversed those reports. The necropsy and skeletal reports released on Friday said one of the dead dogs had evidence of heavy bruising from blunt force, another had skeletal grooves resulting from a severe dog bite wound, and a third had fractures, bite wounds and burns so intense that the dog’s sex was undeterminable and lab tests conducted returned results that the substance found in his Cave Creek home was cocaine.Friday, October 05, 2007

The maximum penalty for that offense is five years in prison and a $250,000 fine, although Jones is expected to do only a few months of jail time, if any at all.Jones is believed to have used two designer steroids, "the cream," a lotion loaded with testosterone, and "the clear," a steroid that like the cream is designed to avoid detection - beginning in 1999.
Jadakiss Gun Charges Dropped

Prosecutors are dropping a drug-and-gun case against Jadakiss, a year after the rapper's arrest. His lawyer said it was "a travesty that the case went this far." The Westchester County district attorney's office asked a judge last week to dismiss the charges against the rapper, whose real name is Jason Phillips, and a co-defendants, Kristian Smith and Darnell Frazier. Jada and his pals were arrested last October in Yonkers, and indicted in February. Police claimed they smelled marijuana coming from the men's car and then found a gun inside. A jury last month acquitted Frazier after DNA tests didn't link any of the three to the gun. Jadakiss' attorney, Clement Patti, said the 32-year-old rapper "has had this cloud over his head for a year, affecting his career."
Ginuwine Files Suit Against His "Label"
R & B singer Ginuwine filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday claiming he signed a $1.75 million recording deal with King Music Group in May, but the company has yet to pay him his $500,000 advance. Ginuwine says he now believes the record company "does not exist." He claims to have checked corporation records in numerous states, and found that "no such entity named King Music Group Inc. is registered." He is seeking $2 million in damages from the company for having put his career on hold. Ginuwine signed with King Music because he was friends with the "company's" chief, Memphis millionaire and entrepreneur Michael Bourne . He'd known Michael for a while. They were friends. Ginuwine says, "Bourne promised him the world, and nothing happened."
Davon Boddie Pleads Guilty

Michael Vick's cousin, Davon Boddie, was sentenced to a five year suspended sentence on drug charges. Under the terms of his plea agreement, Davon will not have to serve time in prison as long as he maintains good behavior and meets regularly with a probation officer. Davon admits some of his family members think he ratted out Vick and the dog-fighting ring, but he says that's not what happened at all. "I'm not a snitch," Davon says, saying authorities knew where he lived and decided to search the house.

OJ Caught with Fake Rolex
Last month when OJ Simpson got arrested in Las Vegas for armed robbery and kidnapping, there were hundreds of pictures of him spashed across the media. In one picture the Goldman family noticed OJ was wearing a Rolex watch and demanded it be turned over to them to help satisfiy the $38 million dollar wrongful death suit they won against him. OJ turned over the watch yesterday, but guess what? He says it's a fake, worth a measly $125.00.

Superhead Treated Wendy Way Different Than She Treated Jaime Foxx
First of all she ain't run that "don't call me Superhead" crap on Wendy. Well she tried, but you know Wendy wasn't having that. She totally put her in her place. Superhead claims she and Eddie Winslow are getting married and that the infamous "Poppa" from her first book is definately Method Man. Listen here and here. The first part of the interview is missing, but she talks about having 3 abortions, one for Method Man and that her and Lil Wayne were together for 8 months.Young Jeezy Was In A Car Accident
Look at the top of Young Jeezy's head. See those sutres and that big bruise? Jeezy and his brother was party hopping for his birthday in Atlanta the other night when a taxi cab smashed into his car just as he was leaving Justin's heading over to his big bash at an airport hanger. Both he and his brother were banged up pretty bad but that didn't stop them from getting their party on. And yes that is his supposed to be ex-girlfriend Keyshia Cole Jeezy is giving the moon eyes to, even though several of his jump offs were also in attendance.
