50 Cent Suing Taco Bell
50 Cent is suing Taco Bell for planting a fake story about him changing his name for a Taco Bell promotion. According to the suit, Taco Bell parlayed a media stunt into an ad campaign. 50's lawyers are accusing Taco Bell of false advertising by circulating a letter addressed to 50 asking him to "change his name for one day from '50 Cent' to '79 Cent,' '89 Cent' or '99 Cent.' ""After Taco Bell drafted the letter, it did not send it to [50 Cent]. Instead Taco Bell released it to the national press," his lawyers wrote. The letter was designed to promote the company's "79-89-99 Cent Why Pay More" campaign, while avoiding the multimillion dollar fee the rapper might have charged to use his name, the lawsuit claims.

DMX's latest indictment came down. Not news. I know. I just needed an excuse to post this mugshot montage. Anyway, DMX got indicted yesterday on felony charges by a grand jury in Arizona. X is charged with one count of theft and one count of taking someone else's identity after he gave a fake name and social security number to the Mayo clinic in April to avoid a $7,500.00 hospital bill. X is facing two more indictments in Arizona, one on multiple charges of drug possession and another for cruelty to animals.

Getting arrested two and three times a week is wrecking havoc on DMX's cash flow. They say when your boy faces the judge in his latest skirmish with the law, he will be repped by a court appointed attorney.
For £10,000 A Night You Can't Burn A Few Sheets?
Naomi Campbell stayed at the Moscow Ritz Carlton in the £10,000-a-night presidential suite last week and after she checked-out, cleaners found holes burnt in the suite's silk sheets, apparently from cigarettes or candles, according to reports in Moscow.And check it, when they asked Naomi to pay for the dammage, she refused, telling the staff any damage should be covered by the room bill.
One hotel worker said: 'As soon as they found the burnt sheets, the managers at our hotel rushed back to Naomi's people. 'But she sent back a message saying we were being ridiculous and there was no way she would pay any fee.'
If the Moscow Ritz know like I know, they'll leave Naomi alone before one of their maids gets her butt kicked over a set of sheets.

Disgraced Olympic track star Marion Jones has asked President Bush to commute her six-month prison sentence for lying to federal agents about her use of performance-enhancing drugs and a check-fraud scam.The Justice Department confirmed Monday that Jones is among hundreds of convicted felons who have applied for presidential pardons or sentence commutations, but would provide no further details. A pardon removes a conviction from someone's record, while a commutation only reduces or eliminates the person's sentence.
Jones was sentenced in January to six months in prison and 400 hours of community service.
Al Dating Star Look Alike
Taking his attention seeking to a whole 'nother level, Al Reyonlds showed up to the Tommy Bahama fashion show at the Raleigh hotel in Miami with a Star Jones look-alike, laughed a witness. "Only this "Star" was wearing a fake Herve Leger dress and 4-inch stilettos." They say fashion forward, not-gay-at-all Al, was wearing metallic sneakers and a towel around his neck.

DMX Arrested In Phoenix
Remember when DMX checked into the hospital using a fake name and social security number to avoid paying the bill? That illegal chicken has come home to roost. Your boy was picked up in a Phoenix shopping mall on identity theft charges this past Saturday because back in April he checked into Scottsdale's Mayo clinic using the name 'Troy Jones' then failed to pay the $7,000 hospital bill.

Pharrell is expecting a baby with his girlfriend and that he refuses to disclose any details.

Naomi Campbell has cut ties with her modeling agency, IMG in London. Naomi signed with the independent agency with hopes they would get her more TV and film roles and when that didn't happen, she jetted. IMG still reps for her international work, though.
