Michael Vick Might Be Playing For The UFL

The United Football League will run from August to November and directly compete with the NFL. There are only six teams, L.A., San Francisco, Las Vegas, Orlando, New York and Hartford. League commissioner Michael Huyghue said that they are "98 percent" sure that Vick will play in the UFL for their first season which starts around the same time Vick is expected to be released in 2009.

Mr. Blonski Released From Jail

After spending almost 2 weeks in the hoosgow, Nikki Blonski's dad was released from a Turks and Caicos jail after posting $3,000.00 of the $75,000.00 bond he received after he got arrested for physically attacking America's Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden's mother, in a beating that left her with a cracked skull and broken nose. Mr. Blonski has not been given back his passport and must remain on the island until his August 19 trial. Since the airport melee that got both Bianca and Nikki arrested, several stories about the incident have come out. The Blonski lawyers claim to have 13 independent witnesses who say the Golden's started the fight after Nikki told Bianca she was saving several seats for her parents. The witnesses are expected to testify that Bianca pointed her finger in Nikki's face, called her a white bxtch and punched her in the head several times before Nikki's dad and Bianca's mom got into the row. Unfortunately this video may support the Blonski's claims.

40/40 Club Sale Update

The other day rumors started floating that Jay was selling his Las Vegas 40/40 Club. Today's rumors say Jay is in talks to sell a 50% stake in the 40 to the Las Vegas Sands Corp. - owners of the Venetian and the Palazzo, for 44 million. They say if the deal goes through, the 40/40 will become Vegas' largest sports booking operation, allowing folks to gamble both at the tables and on games. The Sands will also have the right to open 40/40 clubs in London and across Europe.

I finally got around to reading that Superhead interview in Sister 2 Sister where she talked about her break up with Darius "Eddie Winslow" McCrary. Don't judge me. Anyway, she  told S2S that she had to take her son out of school early because emotionally, he could not deal with her and Eddie's break-up. She said the child was crying uncontrollably, vomiting on himself and basically in a trance like state. She also said when she went to see Darius, that time he tried to run her over, she was only trying to get him to come visit her child, a nine year old boy she constantly referred to as the 'the baby'. As in, I was just trying to get Darius to come see about 'the baby'.

Rick Ross Baby Mama Suing For Child Support

Even though you can catch him burning money in videos, the biggest boss that you've seen thus far, allegedly ain't paying his fair share of child support, if the mother of his 2 year old son is to be believed. Tiallondra Nicole Kemp claims Ross has not been contributing to their child's welfare and is asking for a paternity test so she can get her money. Tiallondra wants to be awarded child support under the 'Florida Child Support Guidelines' and wants shared responsibility over the child. For his part, Ross' attorney claims Rick already pays enough, amount not disclosed, and that he also pays the child's medical bills.
