Naomi Campbell has settled out of court with a former maid who's butt she kicked and who she insulted with racial slurs when after the poor girl couldn't find a pair of Naomi's jeans. The maid charged that Naomi hit her in the head, mocked her broken English, called her a "bad Romanian" and told her, "You are not in the Third World anymore, stupid!" The settlement amount was not made public but all parties are said to be satisfied.

Bizzy Bone Got Beaten And Robbed in LA

Bone Thugs and Harmony member Bizzy Bone got choked out and robbed in his hotel room at the Universal Hilton in L.A. They caught one of the guys who did it and get this, the dude is employed by Unity One an anti-gang organization. Marlon "Bow Wow " Jones is accused of beating, choking and robbing jewelry from Bizzy on January 5th along with several other men. According to The Los Angeles Times, Jones was charged Tuesday with one felony count of robbery and one felony count of first-degree burglary with the special allegation that he committed the crime to further the Grape Street Crips, a South Los Angeles gang.

Usher Closes Franchise

Usher's 'The Grape' wine bar and resturant in Inman Park, Atlanta has closed. When Usher first met with reporters at the opening of the Inman Park branch, he spoke of opening franchises in locales as far-flung as Shanghai and South America. Those plans sadly never came to fruition.

“One of the producers called me yesterday and said that they wouldn’t take my option. But I’m not the type to go ‘television’ and start acting crazy because somebody’s talking about me. I’m fine with the decision. It wasn’t my decision. They let me go, and there are no hard feelings. Poor Sheree. Sheree Whitfield of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' fame had to fall back off her divorce demands, so she won't be getting them millions of dollars she was hoping for. If you recall, Sheree was trying to contest her divorce settlement from retired football player Bob Whitfield because apparently $113,000 a year, plus child support, plus property wasn't enough to keep her in the style of living she became accustomed to in their 3 years of marriage [well, technically 7, but they separated after 3]. To bad Sheree already publicly humiliated herself by claiming in court papers that she doesn't have enough education to get a decent job before she realized Bob doesn't have any gold for her to dig.
