The Man Suing Brandy Rejects Settlement
Marouane Hdidou, whose wife was killed in a car accident that involved singer Brandy, has rejected a 1.2 million dollar settlement offer. Brandy's insurance company would have paid $1 million dollars and Brandy agreed to pay $200,000.00 personally even though she was found not liable for accident. After the man rejected the settlement, his lawyers withdrew from the case.

Usher Didn't Know
Reports claim Usher didn't even know his wife was going to Brazil to have liposcution. It's also being reported that she lied to doctors about the birth of her last child claiming she'd given birth 4 months ago when her son is only two months old. We knew something was fishy when pictures of Usher leaving Brazil one day before his wife was released from the hospital after an eleven day stay surfaced. Wouldn't a more loving and concerned husband have waited and flown back with his wife? I'm just saying.

is resigning as Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands. In the midst of his corruption trial Premier Michael Misick has released this statement, “In recent months, there has been much discontent among some ministers and Progressive National Party elected members… It now appears to me that the divide within the party is too deep. I have decided that I will not seek the leadership of my party on 28th February 2009. This is a decision that I have not arrived at lightly. I would further like to announce that effective 31st March, I will resign as Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands, allowing the new leader of the PNP to be sworn in as Premier. The period February 28th 2009 to March 31st 2009 will allow for an orderly transition,”

new clothing line, American Classics, will be sold at 350 Walmart stores. The line, including knit and woven shirts, sweater vests, jeans, casual sports shoes and more, will sell for between $9.99 and $29 with most of the items being priced at less than $15.

Jayson Williams' wife is not done with him. The other day Tonya revealed in her divorce petition that Jay cheated on her, emotionally abused her and that he uses cocaine. Today more of their dirty laundry has been hung out to dry. In newly released documents Tonya claims that Jayson once threatened to kill her and their two daughters and then burn their house down. Tonya also accuses Jayson of punching out a car window while his kids sat inside the vehicle, and that he hurt himself after stumbling drunk into their daughters' room to argue with her. Tonya also claims Jay is lousy father who never took their daughters on vacation even as he took multiple trips with friends.
Tracey Morgan's
NY apartment caught on fire yesterday. Tracy says, "A fire broke out in my Manhattan apartment this morning, apparently starting with a lamp attached to my fish tank. The sprinklers promptly activated and the NYFD came by to make sure it was contained.. Fortunately, the fire did not spread and no one in the building was injured -- even the fish are okay. My thanks to the New York Fire Department for their quick action."
Suge Knight
pleaded guilty to kicking his girlfriend's ass. As part of a deal in Las Vegas Justice Court, Suge pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic battery -- but had two felony drug possession charges and one felony coercion charge dismissed. The charges were dismissed because the lady who's ass got kicked did not show up to testify. Suge was fined $340, has to complete 48 hours of community service and attend domestic violence counseling.
Chris Rock's Brother
Tony Rock got arrested in LA for DUI. T-Rock got pulled over on the 101 for speeding and after failing field sobriety tests, was arrested taken to jail. Tone paid $5,000 bail and was released.
Luther Campbell
got arrested in Miami the other day, allegedly for failure to pay child support. According to reports, Uncle Luke would be released from prison after he paid the full amount due [over 10 Gs] to Shakera Morgan, the mother of one of his children. However, Luke says his support payments are current and that the real reason for his arrest is 10 grand in past due attorney fees. Luke was released 24 hours after being arrested and has vowed to leave Miami for good.

Terrence Howard defended Chris Brown after he was accused of beating the shish out of Rihanna. It's because he felt a kindred spirit. The Smoking Gun has outed Terrence's own domestic violence history. According to TSG Terrence, after telling his estranged wife over the phone, "Don't disrespect me by hanging up on me or I'll come over and hurt you" went over her house, kicked her door in and then repeatedly socked her in the face with closed fists.
