Chris Brown Hit With Two Felonies

The L.A. District Attorney's office announced today that Chris Brown was being charged with two felonies – assault and making criminal threats – in the alleged beating of his girlfriend Rihanna last month. Even though the couple seem to have reconciled, the case is proceeding. If convicted, Brown faces anywhere from probation to a maximum four years and eight months in state prison, DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said.

Chris Brown Police Report Leaks

A news station in LA claims to have gotten ahold of the investigator's notes in the Chris Brown case and according to the notes, Rihanna read a three-page text message on Chris Brown's phone from a woman. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly tried forcing Rihanna out of the car but couldn't because she was wearing her seat belt. Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna's head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving. Blood spattered all over Rihanna's clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood. Brown allegedly told Rihanna, "I'm going to beat the shit out of you when we get home. You wait and see." Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there." Brown then replied, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you." According to the report, Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock -- she almost lost consciousness.

According to snitches ex-NY Giant Michael Strahan put a tracking device on girlfriend, Nicole Murphy's Range Rover and caught her messing around with another dude. Seems Eddy Murphy's ex was also dating a Universal Records A&R exec named Demetrius Spencer. Nicole and Meech had been sneaking off for secert meetings and trips out of town for almost a year and Nicole'd even told Demetrius she was going to tell Strahan about their love affair before she got caught, that is. Anyway, Nicole and Demetrius had taken Nicole's Range in for service where mechanics found the tracker. "This is the second tracking device he's had put in her car," one source said. "This one was found behind the front dashboard." According to rumor, Nicole and Demetrius went to have lunch while the tracker - which provided up-to-the-minute location status - was removed. They say seconds later, Strahan barged into the garage, "yelling and screaming. And when he spotted Nicole's car with the tracking device exposed, he walked over, ripped it off the dashboard and stormed out of the shop.

ATL Drug Charges Against Weezy Dropped

Lil Wayne lucked up and got the drug charges pending against him in Atlanta dropped. Back in 2006 Lil Wayne got arrested at the Twelve Hotel in Atlantic Station after he called room service and they ratted him out after they saw a bunch of drugs scattered around the room. Well, Weezy's lawyer was able to successfully argue that the room were Wayne was arrested was not where he was actually staying, but merely a changing room.
