Eddy Curry Says
you can't sue me for workplace sex harassment because I'm not an "employer" under state human-rights law. New York Knick Eddy Curry's former male driver is suing him claiming Eddy propositioned him for sex and neglected to pay him over $98,000.00 in wages and expenses. But Eddy is trying to get the case thrown out because under state law you have to employ at least four people to be considered an employer and Eddy claims that his only employees were the ex-chauffeur and a personal chef.

Tyrese Gibson felt like this was the perfect time to release a statement about Chris Brown and Rihanna. He tells People magazine, "Although he [Chris] appears to be really strong through all of this, it’s really taking a toll on his spirit. People like me and Puff, we’re just trying to show him love and keep his spirits up while he’s going through all of the heat, and there are a lot people doing the same for Rihanna. It’s really hard for him to focus right now on his music, even though he really wants to. R Kelly
is somehow involved in a South African money scam. A Durban woman named Busisiwe Priscilla Zakwe claims she deposited 10.5 million South African rands ($1 million) into R Kelly's bank account for a concert that never happened. The concert investors are suing her. R says he never heard of the woman nor received any money, but investigators claim to have a copy of a deposit slip proving the transaction took place and have confirmed that the account belongs to R-ah. The case is scheduled to be heard in a South African court on September 10, 2009.
