Weezy Suing Producers
who got him sued. Lil Wayne is passing the buck to the producers who did not get proper clearance for a sample on his song ''I Feel Like Dying''. Lil WeeWee was forced to turn over the sales figures for ''Da Carter III'' to Urband & Lazar Music Publishing, who published the song "Once" by South African artist Karma-Ann Swanepoel where Rebel Rock Productions took the sample. Wayne says it was up to Rebel Rock to clear the sample not him. Rebel Rock hasn't responded to Weezy's claims and doesn't have a lawyer named in court records. A telephone number listed for the company has been disconnected.

Dennis Gotta Pay
Dennis Rodman has been ordered to pay $255,000 to a Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel employee who says Den humiliated her by grabbing her, forcing her to dance, holding her against her will and slapping her ass in front of subordinates and patrons. Dennis nor his attorneys showed up to dispute the case so U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones entered the default judgment against him on Monday.
Jayson Williams Tased
Former NBA All-Star Jayson Williams got tased by the cops 4 am Monday morning in a lower Manhattan hotel room after his female companion called 911 saying Jay was acting suicidal. When the police arrived they found prescription drug bottles and several suicide notes strewn around and said that Jay clearly impaired. He got tased after resisting officers trying to take him to the hospital. Jayson is awaiting sentencing after being convicted of trying to cover-up the 2004 shooting death of limo driver Costas Christofsi . According to testimony, Jayson was showing a group of people around his NJ estate. When they got to the master bedroom Jay pulled out a rifle that when slammed shut, went off, blasting 55 year old Chritofsi in the chest. According to witnesses, Jayson then placed the gun in the dead man's hands, stripped off all his clothes and jumped into his swimming pool. Jayson's defense was that he panicked. He was acquitted of aggravated manslaughter, but the jury deadlocked on a reckless-manslaughter count. A retrial is pending, and he has been free on bail since the shooting. He's apologized to Christofi's relatives and given them $2.5 million to settle a civil suit. He could be sentenced to several years in prison on the cover-up conviction, but a judge ruled he wouldn't be sentenced until after the retrial. He is also being divorced by his wife.

says he is not appearing on VH1 Celebrity Rehab. He's also not getting out of jail on time. X was scheduled to be released from the Maricopa County Tent City jail April 30 but got some extra days tacked on after getting into it with a prison guard.

Police are still holding $1.4 million in jewerly Rihanna was wearing the night she got her ass kicked. The jewels are being held in evidence [are they covered in blood or something?] and Rihanna needs them back because she signed agreements with the designers who lent them to her to return them after the Grammys.
Michael Jackson Pulling Out Of Rental
Earlier this month it was reported that Michael Jackson had plopped down $1 million to rent the 18th-century Foxbury Manor at Chislehurst for the duration of his 50 concert UK residency at 02 stadium. Well forget that. Mike is looking for a new place to stay after finding out Foxbury is haunted. After Mike's assistants showed him video of suspected paranormal activity he pulled out of the deal.
