According to news reports Beyonce sent a look-a-like to the Austrian capital's most famous museum to be photographed with its director, Klaus Albrecht Schroeder so she could go shopping instead. Of course Beyonce's camp denied the claim. The same newspaper reported B played to a half filled venue on her Vienna tour stop. Meow!

Since Rick Ross moved more than 150,000 units of 'Deeper Than Rap' it's first week out, placing him in the number one spot on the charts, it might be safe to assume that his baby mama backed the wrong horse in the 50 Cent/Rick Ross rap war. If you recall [click here if you don't], 50 Cent got Rick's kid's moms on tape talking trash about Rick and looking thirsty as hell while 50 took her shopping for a fur coat to take back to hot ass Miami, in 50's effort to "Ja Rule" Rick's career. From the looks of Rick's first week in sales, I'll say that was a fail. In any case, here's an excerpt from the tell-all written by Tia and published by 50: "I looked at my watch, it was 4:30pm on January 21, 2009, the day I had been waiting to come for eight months. It was the day of the deposition in the child support case I had filed against the father of my third son, William Leonard Roberts Jr. also known as the big-time rapper (not the notorious drug dealer, don’t get them confused) Rick Ross.I had started this battle against William 17 months earlier after our tumultuous four-year relationship filled with passion and pain. My lawyer Ileana M. Almeida had spent the last eight months trying to get Will’s lawyer Allan Zamren to make Will do the deposition for the case. They’d canceled two times already so I was surprised that William had finally showed up and was glad we were gonna to get things going. Ever since he’d become a celebrity, Will had been a different person. That mixed with his touring and promotions schedule and the life of a rap star is what made it so hard for anything in the child support case to move forward. His attitude also made things difficult."

And there are a lot of things that I went through that I thought would be very interesting for people out in the world to hear.”

Illseed Blasts T-Pain By Mistake

Illseed, who posts the rumors over at AllHipHop.com, fucked up while posting a reader submitted item because he forgot to delete the name of the rapper in question from his post. After saying he wouldn't name the rapper, 'Seed went on to post, “You ain't hear this from me but, my Ex is a dancer and saw [popular rapper in Florida] in her popular Miami strip club getting a dance from a stripper and he had one of his homeboys with him and his homeboy had his leg over [the rapper’s] leg in [the rapper’s] crotch area. His leg was in between T Pain's legs while the stripper was dancing for them. Very suspect.” Oops!

Leaked Photo May Save Chris

Chris Brown's attorney addressed the court yesterday claiming leaked photos of Rihanna's beaten faced, obtained by TMZ and posted on the Internet, make it impossible for Chris to get a fair trial and that if LAPD is behind the leak they would seek dismissal of the charges. The trial date has been postponed to give investigators more time to find out how TMZ got their hands on the photo. The next hearing is set for May 28th. It was also ruled that $1.4 million in borrowed jewels Rihanna was wearing the night of the beat down, and currently being held in evidence, be returned.

Tyra Testifies Against Stalker

Tyra Banks was in court yesterday to testify against Brady Green from East Duluth, Ga who is accused of stalking her. Brady, who moved from Georgia to Los Angeles to be closer to Tyra and then to the east coast after finding Tyra's show had moved to New York, said he only wanted to 'do something nice' for Tyra when he sent her more than a dozen roses with a note saying 'When I see you, I love you'. On March 28, 2008 Brady arrived in NY after a 28 hour bus ride and went directly to the studios where Tyra films her talk show. After being turned away twice for being too early he got into it with one of Tyra's staffers, threatening to slit their throat, and was placed on a 'Do Not Admit' list. He was later caught trying to sneak past security and was arrested a few blocks away carrying three magazines with Tyra on the cover, a bible and a receipt for the roses.

Over the weekend in Barbados Beenie Man called Rihanna onstage and sang, "Me no have fancy car, but me no give you no scar". Rihanna played along at first, but by the second verse she walked off the stage.

Weezy Suing Producers

who got him sued. Lil Wayne is passing the buck to the producers who did not get proper clearance for a sample on his song ''I Feel Like Dying''. Lil WeeWee was forced to turn over the sales figures for ''Da Carter III'' to Urband & Lazar Music Publishing, who published the song "Once" by South African artist Karma-Ann Swanepoel where Rebel Rock Productions took the sample. Wayne says it was up to Rebel Rock to clear the sample not him. Rebel Rock hasn't responded to Weezy's claims and doesn't have a lawyer named in court records. A telephone number listed for the company has been disconnected.
