has been ordered to pay $240,000.00 to the family he pulled over at JFK 5 years ago. Yes, pulled over as in impersonating an FBI officer using a fake siren. X says he pulled them over because they made him late for a flight. He was arrested that night carrying crack, Oxycodone, Diazepam and a billy club. X's lawyer says,“Mr. Simmons still feels justified in pulling them over when they didn’t get out of his way… he’s not apologizing for that. The gentleman driving should have gotten out of his way.”

Toni Braxton

is suing Lloyd's of London because they won't pay out on her unemployment claim. Back in 2006 Toni signed on as the resident headliner at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. Toni played the venue for a few months, cancelled more than a few shows, and after being hospitalized one night with breathing problems, quit the show all together and blamed it on the Pericarditis she'd been diagnosed with after the birth of her second child. Toni is suing Lloyd's because she says she bought "non-appearance" and "cancellation" insurance and says Lloyd's owes her for the 9 months left on her contract when she quit, while Lloyd's says Toni had an undisclosed, pre-existing condition so they aren't liable.

According to news reports Beyonce sent a look-a-like to the Austrian capital's most famous museum to be photographed with its director, Klaus Albrecht Schroeder so she could go shopping instead. Of course Beyonce's camp denied the claim. The same newspaper reported B played to a half filled venue on her Vienna tour stop. Meow!

That mixed with his touring and promotions schedule and the life of a rap star is what made it so hard for anything in the child support case to move forward. Illseed, who posts the rumors over at AllHipHop.com, fucked up while posting a reader submitted item because he forgot to delete the name of the rapper in question from his post. After saying he wouldn't name the rapper, 'Seed went on to post, “You ain't hear this from me but, my Ex is a dancer and saw [popular rapper in Florida] in her popular Miami strip club getting a dance from a stripper and he had one of his homeboys with him and his homeboy had his leg over [the rapper’s] leg in [the rapper’s] crotch area. His leg was in between T Pain's legs while the stripper was dancing for them. Very suspect.” Oops!

Leaked Photo May Save Chris

Chris Brown's attorney addressed the court yesterday claiming leaked photos of Rihanna's beaten faced, obtained by TMZ and posted on the Internet, make it impossible for Chris to get a fair trial and that if LAPD is behind the leak they would seek dismissal of the charges. The trial date has been postponed to give investigators more time to find out how TMZ got their hands on the photo. The next hearing is set for May 28th. It was also ruled that $1.4 million in borrowed jewels Rihanna was wearing the night of the beat down, and currently being held in evidence, be returned.

Tyra Testifies Against Stalker

Tyra Banks was in court yesterday to testify against Brady Green from East Duluth, Ga who is accused of stalking her. Brady, who moved from Georgia to Los Angeles to be closer to Tyra and then to the east coast after finding Tyra's show had moved to New York, said he only wanted to 'do something nice' for Tyra when he sent her more than a dozen roses with a note saying 'When I see you, I love you'. On March 28, 2008 Brady arrived in NY after a 28 hour bus ride and went directly to the studios where Tyra films her talk show. After being turned away twice for being too early he got into it with one of Tyra's staffers, threatening to slit their throat, and was placed on a 'Do Not Admit' list. He was later caught trying to sneak past security and was arrested a few blocks away carrying three magazines with Tyra on the cover, a bible and a receipt for the roses.
