No Jail Time For Tyra Stalker

Brady Green was convicted of stalking Tyra Banks yesterday but lucked out didn't get any jail time. While Brady could have gotten as much as 90 days in the clink, the judge felt ordering him out of town would better serve justice saying, "Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York."

Fake Ass Beyonce

Here's a picture of the fake Beyonce who showed up at the Albertina museum in Vienna the other day. Turns out it was a prank. The day after Beyonce's tour stop in Vienna a radio station called the Albertina pretending to represent Beyonce and scheduled a private tour and then sent in a look-a-like. The "she-kinda-looks-like-Beyonce-if-you-tilt-your-head-back-close-one-eye-and squint-out-the-other" took the whole tour and even took pictures with the museum director.

has been ordered to pay $240,000.00 to the family he pulled over at JFK 5 years ago. Yes, pulled over as in impersonating an FBI officer using a fake siren. X says he pulled them over because they made him late for a flight. He was arrested that night carrying crack, Oxycodone, Diazepam and a billy club. X's lawyer says,“Mr. Simmons still feels justified in pulling them over when they didn’t get out of his way… he’s not apologizing for that. The gentleman driving should have gotten out of his way.”

Toni Braxton

is suing Lloyd's of London because they won't pay out on her unemployment claim. Back in 2006 Toni signed on as the resident headliner at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. Toni played the venue for a few months, cancelled more than a few shows, and after being hospitalized one night with breathing problems, quit the show all together and blamed it on the Pericarditis she'd been diagnosed with after the birth of her second child. Toni is suing Lloyd's because she says she bought "non-appearance" and "cancellation" insurance and says Lloyd's owes her for the 9 months left on her contract when she quit, while Lloyd's says Toni had an undisclosed, pre-existing condition so they aren't liable.

Beyonce pulling stunts over in Vienna. According to news reports Beyonce sent a look-a-like to the Austrian capital's most famous museum to be photographed with its director, Klaus Albrecht Schroeder so she could go shopping instead. Of course Beyonce's camp denied the claim. The same newspaper reported B played to a half filled venue on her Vienna tour stop. Meow!

Since Rick Ross moved more than 150,000 units of 'Deeper Than Rap' it's first week out, placing him in the number one spot on the charts, it might be safe to assume that his baby mama backed the wrong horse in the 50 Cent/Rick Ross rap war. If you recall [click here if you don't], 50 Cent got Rick's kid's moms on tape talking trash about Rick and looking thirsty as hell while 50 took her shopping for a fur coat to take back to hot ass Miami, in 50's effort to "Ja Rule" Rick's career. From the looks of Rick's first week in sales, I'll say that was a fail. In any case, here's an excerpt from the tell-all written by Tia and published by 50: "I looked at my watch, it was 4:30pm on January 21, 2009, the day I had been waiting to come for eight months. It was the day of the deposition in the child support case I had filed against the father of my third son, William Leonard Roberts Jr. also known as the big-time rapper (not the notorious drug dealer, don’t get them confused) Rick Ross.I had started this battle against William 17 months earlier after our tumultuous four-year relationship filled with passion and pain. My lawyer Ileana M. Almeida had spent the last eight months trying to get Will’s lawyer Allan Zamren to make Will do the deposition for the case. Ever since he’d become a celebrity, Will had been a different person. That mixed with his touring and promotions schedule and the life of a rap star is what made it so hard for anything in the child support case to move forward. His attitude also made things difficult."
