Watch Out Shaq


Gloria Allred is after your ass and by your ass I mean your wallet. Model Vanessa Lopez has retained Allred in a harassment suit against Shaq. Details are sketchy, but that's Allred's way. She'll stir up the interest, threaten a press conference, then propose a big bucks settlement at the 11th hour to make it all go away.

This is the second time Shaq has been publicly accused of stalking a random female [click here if you missed the first time].

Mike Tyson Will Not Face Charges


Mike Tyson will be ringing in the New Year a free man. The LA City Attorney ruled there was insufficient evidence to charge Mike for beating the living hell out of a photog at LAX last November [click here if you missed that].  At the time, both men accused the other of initiating the fight, but only one of them ended up needing stitches.

Diddy Suing Over Sales Loss



Fashion mogul Sean Combs filed a $2.5 million lawsuit against the landowners of his flagship Sean John store in New York, blaming them for SJ sales nosediving over 50%. Diddy says in 2006 the building owner put a sidewalk scaffold in front of his store window that "substantially obstructed the  view of the clothing and furnishings displayed in the ground floor windows."
