Gun Charges for Javaris Crittenton

Javaris Crittenton, the other Washington Wizard involved in the Gilbert Arenas gun debacle [click here if you missed that] is going down with Gil. Javaris has just been hit with one charge of unlawful possession of a firearm, and one misdemeanor count of attempt to carry a pistol without a license.

Gilbert pled guilty earlier this month to one felony count of carrying a pistol without a license, and is due to be sentenced in March.

Gary Coleman Picked up on Domestic Violence Warrant

Looks like Gary Coleman never took care of that little domestic violence issue he had with his wife, because he got picked up over the weekend on an old DV warrant. As of yesterday, Gary was being held on a $1,725 bond.

Matt Kemp's Ex is Angry

Ok, so remember when the restraining order filed against Rihanna's new man Matt Kemp was revealed and the ex-girlfriend who filed it gave a statement saying it was a non-issue that had been resolved [click here if you missed that]? Not anymore. Because Matt's agent couldn't leave well enough alone, and went so far as to call Matt's ex, Felisha Terrell, a liar, the gloves are off. Felisha's attorney now says, "The temporary restraining order was granted because of an actual and real threat. The matter was quietly resolved until Mr. Kemp's agent began making false public statements." Felisha's attorney has also advised her to come clean saying, "My hope is that Ms. Terrell tells her story, because it is a compelling tale of betrayal, abuse and survival."

Evander Holyfield Seeks to Decrease Child Support Order

Evander Holyfield recently went to court to try and get his child support order decreased, claiming he's just not making as much money as when the order was put in place 10 years ago. Earlier this month one of Evander's ex-wives sued him in Houston family court for $280,000.00 in back child support. Evander is said to have fathered at least 11 children.

Justin Combs $360,000.00 Birthday Present

Over the weekend Diddy's son Justin celebrated his 16th birthday with 1000 of his closest friends at New York club M2. The highlight of the night? Justin donating his $10,000.00 birthday check to Yele Haiti and receiving a $360,000 Maybach, complete with driver.

If you're gonna date Rihanna be prepared to have all your old skeletons ripped out of the closet. First there were allegations of domestic abuse, and now a 2002 article on Sports Illustrated Online  has surfaced claiming Rihanna's new boyfriend Matt Kemp and two other players from the Midwest City Basketball team may have run a train on a girl against her will. According to the site,

A 19-year-old woman filed a report with Columbus police alleging Shelden Williams, 18, De'Angelo Alexander, 17, and Matthew Kemp, 17 forced her into sexual conduct at the Columbus Hyatt Hotel at about 2 a.m. Sunday morning while two other players watched.

No charges were ever filed.

They say Naomi Campbell is moving to Moscow with her married billionaire boyfriend Vlad. Pals say Naomi is so excited she's even taking Russian lessons so she can curse the maids out in their native tongue! Randy Still Wants His Money

Remember back in 2004 during Michael Jackson's child molestation trial when his brother Randy and a company called Stabler & Associates tried to use the situation to get Mike to sign his estate over to them and when he refused the whole ugly mess ended up in court [click here if you missed that]? Well, Randy and Stabler & Associates are claiming Mike never paid them for their services and are now trying to file a claim for $275,446.08 against Michael's estate. Good luck with that Little Brother, but according to legal analysts, the statute of limitations on that situation have run out, so they'll have to find some another way to get money out of the estate.

Oil Money Millionaires

Cash Money Records honchos Birdman and his brother Slim are getting into the oil business. The brothers recently formed Bronald Oil and Gas and according to a statement on their website [that you know damn well neither one of them wrote], "Bronald Oil & Gas, LLC is an independent oil and gas company focused on the exploration, production and development of oil and gas reserves from conventional and unconventional formations. The company is initially focused on exploration and development properties in Osage County, Oklahoma, as well as in Texas and Louisiana in the United States and in Central America."

Kelly Rowland Boosting Clothes?

Of course she's not, but a fashion designer is accusing her of not returning several items. Designer Laura Dawson says Kelly Rowland "borrowed" several expensive pieces from her collection and didn't return them even after she called Kells several times to ask for them back. It's been over a month and Laura says, "It is really unfortunate that this has happened. I would otherwise have liked to continue to work with this particular client."

Rihanna's New Boo Says He is not a Woman Beater

Of course you're not Matt. Of course you're not. Yesterday after an old restraining order on Rihanna's new boyfriend Matt Kemp hit the web, Matt's people went into the spin zone to clear things up. Matt's mouth piece says, "Matt dated Felisha about two years ago and decided to end their relationship. She chose to file a complaint and shortly thereafter, on her own accord, decided to drop it based on the fact that the statements made within were false. She has very recently said that she has no issue whatsoever with Matt and that she and Matt consider this to be a non-issue. Matt Kemp is a consummate Midwestern gentleman who has never displayed any act of violence towards a woman."

The ex-girlfriend's people got paid off to say also spoke up claiming, "During the course of the relationship there was a restraining order filed by Felisha but it had nothing to do with domestic violence and to be clear Matt was NEVER physically abusive to Felisha, nor did she fear for her life. The restraining order was subsequently vacated. They both have moved on separately but remain amicable."
