The Bulgarian designer of the swimsuit on the right sued Sony for copyright infringement after Beyonce showed up in her 'Video Phone' video wearing a piece that was amazingly simular to one of his designs, right down the accessories. The German court found in favor of the plaintive and now the 'Video Phone' video can not be shown in Germany. Sony's lawyers say, after speaking with Beyonce, they are planning to appeal the ruling.
