Jay Z and New York Governor James Paterson are getting the side-eye because of who was chosen to run a multi-million dollar southeast Queens racetrack and casino. It's no secret that Governor Paterson is in love with Jay Z. He's been very vocal about his feelings, he even took time out of his busy schedule to send off an email to MTV agreeing with them for making Jay the hottest MC in the game last year. Love affair non-withstanding, Jay had been in talks with Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn to partner with him in bidding for control of the Queens race track and casino. Nothing fishy about that. However, when Wynn backed out because the process was taking too long, and Jay partnered up with Aqueduct Entertainment Group, who many thought had the least chance in winning the bid, but  lo and behold came out the winner, things started to look shady. Because of that Gov Paterson, Aqueduct and Jay are now all under federal investigation.
