When word first went out that Gangstarr rapper Guru was in the hospital, his former partner DJ Premier spoke to radio stations and on Twitter giving updates on Guru's condition.

Then there was this weird statement released by Guru's current partner, Solar of 7 Grand Records, stating  he was the only one with accurate information regarding Guru and info from anyone else should be considered false.

Next Guru's nephew made a Youtube video claiming Solar is keeping the family from seeing Guru or speaking to his doctors and that he waited a full 2 weeks before notifiying his family that Guru was in the hospital. Something is rotten in Denmark.
