Faith Evans, who was stopped at a sobriety check point near Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles August 21, has been charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence. She faces 6 months in jail if convicted.

Tests prove the drug found in the car T.I. and Tiny were driving the night they were arrested on Sunset Boulevard was a form of methamphetamine better know as ecstasy, which just so happens to be Tiny's rumored drug of choice.
