Four months ago embattled music mogul, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, was hit with an outrageous civil lawsuit filed by a man claiming he had been trafficked as a party favor from Diddy's Star Island mansion to Gloria Estefan's mansion via tunnel, and that Jay Z and Beyoncé witnessed his abuse [click here if you missed that]. 

The case has been thrown out after the judge questions the evidence...
