Prince Needs Hip Replacement

Years of hip thrusting dance moves have taken a toll on Prince's joints and at age 49, he has been told he needs a hip replacement. "He used to wear high-heeled boots every day and doctors told him that may have contributed to his condition," said a source. "Over the years he has battered his body so much that his joints, especially his hips, are causing him a lot of discomfort." The singer has been told that only a full hip replacement will alleviate the pain and ensure he can keep dancing.

J. Holiday Arrested in Maryland

J. Holiday got arrested Thursday night (Feb. 21) on drug possession charges. J was heading home from a concert in Salisbury, Md, got pulled over for speeding and cops noticed weed on his shirt and smelled the cheba smoke. A search of his car turned up a stash. Holiday (real name Nahum Grymes) faces drug possession charges along with the other occupant in his car, George Jackson.

Snoop Dogg Cited for Smoking Weed in Public

Is anyone surprised that Snoop Dog got busted smoking weed outside a New York City club this week? S-N-double-O-P was handed a desk-appearance ticket outside a Manhattan nightclub Wednesday night. "He did not get arrested. He received a ticket for possession of marijuana. We are contesting the ticket." said his lawyer, Donald Etra. Snoop does have a California permit to smoke weed for migranes, but you know he's on probation for five years following that no-contest plea back in April 2007 to marijuana- and gun-possession charges after being arrested at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, Calif., in October 2006.
