Gag Me
Swizz Beats has asked the judge in his divorce proceedings to issue a gag order and seal the court records. Soon to be ex-wife Mashonda's attorney finds Swizz' new attitude 'curious' insisting the divorce and support requests had been, "flying under the radar until Mr. Dean and Alicia Keys went public about their long-term affair and he released a song implying that he likes it when Alicia serves him breakfast naked [click here if you missed that]. Now that Mr. Dean's questionable conduct is being scrutinized, he suddenly wants a gag order and the media to be locked out?"
Natalie Cole
received a kidney transplant Tuesday. She had been testing family members for a match, but received the kidney from a deceased donor. Natalie will recuperate for the next three to four months before going back out on tour.
Michael Jackson Postpones Some Concerts
Michael Jackson had to postpone 5 of his upcoming London concert dates after catching vertigo from his sister. You know I'm just playing. The reason they gave for postponing the concerts is the "magnitude" of the show. They need more time to get it together, so the concerts will start 5 days later than planned. Fans holding tickets for the original opening night on July 8 will still have seats for the first concert - but those tickets for July 10, 12 and 14 will have to wait until March 2010.

It's Getting Ugly
Nas filed a response to Kelis' divorce petition and he doesn't want to pay spousal support and he doesn't want to pay her attorney fees either. They both want joint custody of their unborn child.
Does His Wife Know About This?
A young woman in Uganda is accusing Akon of getting her pregnant. Susan Owori, who has been seen partying with Akon on several occasions, has been telling friends she got knocked up the last time Akon was in Uganda. Akon has five children and three baby mamas.

To dispel rumors that he has skin cancer, Michael Jackson has been going without his face mask.
Suge Knight
is being sued by his ex-wife, and Dr. Dre baby mama, R&B singer Michel'le for back child and spousal support. According the the Wall Street Journal, Michel'le, who hasn't received a payment from Suge in 3 months, went to the officials in charge of the Knight and Death Row bankruptcy case and asked them to use the estates to pay more the than $40,000 she's owed. Going forward Michele has requested $13,000 a month. Michele married Suge while he was in jail in 1997. Their child, listed only as 'Child X' on the petition, was born in 2002.
King Kids Split Over Film
On Tuesday Steven Spielberg and DreamWorks Studios announced they had purchased the rights to make a film about Dr. Martin Luther King. The problem is Dexter King negotiated the deal without consulting his brother and sister, Martin III and Bernice King, who say they were notified of the sale by email at the same time Spielberg made his announcement. Says Bernice King, “We are taking action. We cannot reveal what it is at this time. Dexter King has entered into an agreement without approval of his shareholders."
Released
Michael Vick has been released from Leavenworth and is headed to Virginia to serve out the last two months of his 23 month prison sentence in home confinement.
10 Months
Yeah so, there's been a misunderstanding. T.I. is doing 10 months in jail not two. The U.S. Attorney's office released a statement saying everyone was confused about the amount of credit T.I. was receiving for his home confinement.
