Some dude from the Bronx filed a $1 trillion lawsuit against Oprah for plagiarism. The dude says Oprah took poetry from his book "A Tome of Poetry" and posted it online under the name, "Pieces of My Soul." Bronx Poetry Dude says Oprah sold over 650 million copies of her book using his poetry and he wants his money.

Detroit Man Arrested For Threatening

to kill Jay Z and Beyonce. Leon Desmond Barrett was arrested on Tuesday for writing more than 37 threatening letters to Jay and Bee, former Pittsburgh Steeler Jerome Bettis and Detroit radio personality The Tune Up Man saying, among other things, "I'm getting ready to start killing some more people. Beyonce, Jay-Z, Jerome Bettis and Tune-up Man are the first four people I'm getting ready to kill." and "We do not want to have a gunfight with them but if we have to, we will. I guess it going to be another Virginia Tech. massacre all over again in Detroit."

sentencing hearing was delayed because the judge was not satisfied with the terms of his community service order. Seems the judge wants to make sure Chris does hard labor as opposed to cushy speaking engagements at high schools. The next hearing is scheduled for August 27.

will be home from jail October 6. Former Bad Boy artist Jamal 'Shyne' Barrow has been locked up for 10 years after being convicted of first-degree assault, gun possession, and reckless endangerment after a night club shoot-out on December 27, 1999. On the night of the shooting Shyne, Puffy and Jennifer Lopez where out clubbing in New York when Puff got into a confrontation with another group inside the club. After someone threw money in Puff's face, shots were fired. Shyne was apprehended immediately, but Puff, Jennifer, their bodyguard and driver fled the scene. Puff and 'nem were apprehended a few blocks away where cops found a stolen gun in the car. Puffy and his bodyguard were later acquitted on gun charges while Jennifer Lopez was not charged with any crime.
