Real Foreclosures of Atlanta

Another Real Housewife kicked out on her ass. Add Lisa Wu Hartwell to the list of housewives with no house appearing on Bravo's hit reality show Real Housewives of Atlanta. The first RHoA forced out of her home was fan favorite NeNe Leeks, then Sheree Whitfield lost her house, now comes word that Lisa Wu and her husband, retired football player Ed Hartwell, were foreclosed on and evicted last week. Their house has already been sold by the bank for $1.9 million. Lisa's lawyer says the Hartwell's tried restructuring their $2.9 million mortgage but were unable because the house had lost value. Lawyer guy says Lisa and Ed now own a new home sitting on 10 acres.

Hammer's Cousin

Marvin Grant, you know, Big Marv? The one who's accused of raping that girl he met on Twitter, was formally charged with rape in California on Monday. Marv appeared in court and didn't enter a plea but did request a public defender. If you missed the whole 'how Marv met the girl and what happened on their "date"' click here. has been dismissed. Oprah says she never even heard about the case until after the dismissal, anyway. In case you missed it, some dude from the Bronx was claiming Oprah used his poetry in one of her books and sued for $1 trillion in compensation.

has been hospitalized in Philadelphia for the past month and in a statement to the press said, "I wish to thank my fans for their prayers, concerns and love. While I have faced recent health challenges, I am in the care of my wonderful doctors, wife Joan and family." In 1982 Teddy Pendergrass was left paralyzed from the waist down after crashing his Rolls Royce into a tree. There was a bit of a scandal [but not much in those pre-Internet days] surrounding the crash because the other passenger in the car was a transsexual nightclub singer named Tenika Watson.

Stalker Alert

Retired NBA star Reggie Miller has been chasing after the girlfriend of Alex von Furstenberg [son of designer Diane von Furstenberg] and Alex went to extreme measures to put Reggie in his place. What had happened was, Reggie saw Alex' girl in a Malibu supermarket and waited one whole hour for her to leave the store so he could get her number [according to her] then followed her up the Pacific coast and later bombarded her with 53 text messages and countless phone calls. After realizing Reggie was the creepy stalker type, Girlfriend von Furstenburg got her lawyers involved and drew up a restraining order that was never filed, but was enough to get Reggie to back off. Then to add insult to humiliation, boyfriend Alex von F flew this banner around Malibu beach lest Reggie didn't get the message. of being legally separated, Tracey Morgan finally filed for divorce from his high school sweetheart Sabina. Friends of the comedian say, "Basically they were divorced without the paperwork." Tracey and Sabina, who have 3 sons, had been married for 23 years.
