Javaris Crittenton Plead Guilty to Gun Possession

Washington Wizard Javaris Crittenton plead guilty to a misdemeanor firearms possession charge in district court yesterday and received one years unsupervised probation, a $1,200 fine and community service.

Gary Says it was all a Misunderstanding

After spending the night in a Utah county jail, Gary Coleman says he was arrested on a failure to appear warrant. Gear Bear was supposed to show up in court regarding some old charge, but claims he was in the hospital having minor surgery on his court date. When asked if the charge had anything to do with his wife, Gary wouldn't say.

T.I. Accused of Copyright Infringement

Ever heard of a rapper named Motoe Blizzid? Well if what he says is true, you've sure heard of his music. Motoe says T.I. stole parts of his 2004 song Reverence to use in T.I.'s hit What You Know. Motoe says his track was distributed to industry insiders [which explains why I couldn't find it online], and that T.I.'s What You Know has the "same rate of harmonic range" and "nearly identical instrumental melodic lines in terms of pitch, shape, and rhythm."  Motoe, who has performed with Ludacris and Snoop Dogg is requesting a jury trial seeking damages and profits.

Waka Flocka Says Robbery was a Botched Hit

Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame is convinced the guy who shot him during a robbery attempt last week was actually a hit man sent to kill him [click here if you missed that]. Flame told an Atlanta radio station, "I really can't breathe that good but I'll break it down right now. All I know is somebody was sent to kill me but he was so scared he let me get out of the car - he hit me in my arm - trust me, he could have did his job (sic). That's the word out to him and his people. I'm straight though, I just broke one of my ribs - I'll be out there. Shout out to everybody that's been hating on me."

Gun Charges for Javaris Crittenton

Javaris Crittenton, the other Washington Wizard involved in the Gilbert Arenas gun debacle [click here if you missed that] is going down with Gil. Javaris has just been hit with one charge of unlawful possession of a firearm, and one misdemeanor count of attempt to carry a pistol without a license.

Gilbert pled guilty earlier this month to one felony count of carrying a pistol without a license, and is due to be sentenced in March.

Gary Coleman Picked up on Domestic Violence Warrant

Looks like Gary Coleman never took care of that little domestic violence issue he had with his wife, because he got picked up over the weekend on an old DV warrant. As of yesterday, Gary was being held on a $1,725 bond.

Matt Kemp's Ex is Angry

Ok, so remember when the restraining order filed against Rihanna's new man Matt Kemp was revealed and the ex-girlfriend who filed it gave a statement saying it was a non-issue that had been resolved [click here if you missed that]? Not anymore. Because Matt's agent couldn't leave well enough alone, and went so far as to call Matt's ex, Felisha Terrell, a liar, the gloves are off. Felisha's attorney now says, "The temporary restraining order was granted because of an actual and real threat. The matter was quietly resolved until Mr. Kemp's agent began making false public statements." Felisha's attorney has also advised her to come clean saying, "My hope is that Ms. Terrell tells her story, because it is a compelling tale of betrayal, abuse and survival."

Evander Holyfield Seeks to Decrease Child Support Order

Evander Holyfield recently went to court to try and get his child support order decreased, claiming he's just not making as much money as when the order was put in place 10 years ago. Earlier this month one of Evander's ex-wives sued him in Houston family court for $280,000.00 in back child support. Evander is said to have fathered at least 11 children.
