Monique's War with the Landlord Rages On

Back in December Academy Award Winning actress Monique was hit with a lawsuit by her Atlanta area landlord for unpaid rent.

Monique, who left Atlanta shortly after filming on her talk show ended, countered sued that the property was uninhabitable [click here if you missed that].

The situation is not over and nasty emails between Monique's husband/manager and the landlord have leaked online...
