Back in May former The View co-host Sherri Shepherd's husband Lamar Sally filed for divorce and for full custody of the couple's unborn child gestating via surrogate and due July 28 [click here if you missed that].

Looks like Lamar can have the baby because sources claim Sherri wants nothing to do with it…
